At Biselarte, we go beyond design – we test our mirrors for real-world durability. In a recent CASS test (EN ISO 9227:2022), our mirrors were exposed to 312 hours of intense salt spray and humidity to simulate long-term corrosion.

According to standard EN 1036, mirrors meet the acceptance criteria for this type of test if they show less than 1.5 mm of edge corrosion after 120 hours of exposure.

How did our mirrors perform? 

No sign of corrosion up to 264 hours. At the end of the test, only slight and expected changes were observed. This proves that our mirrors are ready for harsh environments - from hospitality to residential interiors.
